V.Vegas Casino
The licence is active. Its downloadable Terms cite another operator's licence.
Sherlock verdict
The current operator and licence are clear. The operator's own downloadable legal document is not.
V.Vegas Casino has a current licence we can verify directly.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for v.vegas identifies Whitebox B.V., company 155412, as the operator and shows licence OGL/2024/822/0338 as Active. V.Vegas's live Terms pages use the same Whitebox company number and the same licence number. Payments are disclosed through T&C Whitebox CY Limited, Cyprus company HE 419583.
Then we downloaded V.Vegas's English Terms PDF.
It names the same Whitebox B.V. and the same company number — but gives it licence OGL/2024/688/0234.
That number belongs to somebody else.
The Curaçao regulator's own licence registry assigns OGL/2024/688/0234 to River Entertainment B.V., company 158146. Whitebox appears separately in the same registry under the correct OGL/2024/822/0338.
So the important conclusion is not that V.Vegas is unlicensed. It is not.
The current exact-domain Whitebox licence is real and active.
The finding is more precise:
V.Vegas's own downloadable English legal document cites a Curaçao licence issued to a different operator.
The same PDF also says the V.Vegas brand is owned by Dareos LTD and licensed to Whitebox B.V. and T&C Whitebox. That gives us another relationship most casino reviews flatten: the company operating the casino and the company controlling the brand IP are not necessarily the same legal entity.
Then there is the history.
V.Partners has officially confirmed VulkanVegas → V.Vegas. Its current V.Vegas profile carries a launch year of 2015, while the present V.Vegas identity is part of the 2026 rebrand. The predecessor also had another corporate structure: Lithuanian regulator records from 2022 attribute investigated VulkanVegas-branded sites to Brivio Limited and Invicta Networks N.V. Today the exact-domain operator is Whitebox B.V.
That creates a real corporate timeline, not just a logo change.
V.Vegas also has one strong current same-operator connection: ICE Casino uses the same Whitebox B.V. company number, the same Curaçao licence and the same T&C Whitebox payment structure.
And the welcome bonus deserves an autopsy. The current three-stage pack is built around 120% + 70 FS, 150% + 30 FS, and 120% + 50 FS. On the documented €1,500 configuration, maxing the cash side requires roughly €1,166.67 in deposits and produces €60,000 of cash-bonus wagering at x40, before separate wagering on free-spin winnings.
Sherlock verdict: V.Vegas has a verifiable current operator and active exact-domain licence. The strongest issue is document control: its downloadable English Terms use another operator's regulator identifier. Around that sits a wider evidence trail — a verified VulkanVegas rebrand, a separate Dareos brand-IP role, an older Brivio/Invicta operator history, a current Whitebox link to ICE Casino and a reputation footprint split between the new and predecessor brands.
One operator. Two licence numbers. One belongs to a different company.
The exact-domain certificate identifies Whitebox correctly; the downloadable Terms cite River Entertainment's OGL.
PDF CITATION
The current downloadable English Terms PDF assigns Whitebox a regulator identifier that the official CGA registry assigns to River Entertainment B.V.
This is the finding that changes the case.
V.Vegas's live Terms pages currently identify Whitebox B.V. with:
OGL/2024/822/0338
The exact-domain CGA certificate agrees.
But V.Vegas also offers an English Terms PDF for download. That PDF identifies:
Whitebox B.V. — company 155412
and then states that Whitebox is licensed under:
OGL/2024/688/0234
We checked the licence number against the Curaçao regulator's registry.
It belongs to:
River Entertainment B.V. — company 158146
The same regulator registry lists Whitebox separately with the correct OGL/2024/822/0338.
What this means
It does not mean River Entertainment operates V.Vegas.
It does not mean V.Vegas's licence is fake.
It means a current downloadable legal document on V.Vegas contains a regulator identifier belonging to another operator.
For an evidence product, that is not a cosmetic typo. A licence number exists precisely to let a player verify who is regulated under it.
Sherlock finding: LICENCE-ID DOCUMENT MISMATCH — CONFIRMED
The brand itself sits on another legal edge
BRAND IP ≠ GAMBLING OPERATOR ≠ BENEFICIAL OWNER
The downloadable Terms PDF contains another line most reviews would ignore.
It says V.Vegas operates under a brand owned by Dareos LTD, Cyprus company HE 372002, and licensed to Whitebox B.V. and T&C Whitebox CY Limited.
That gives us three separate legal roles:
Gambling operator → Whitebox B.V.
Payment / data-control role → T&C Whitebox CY Limited
Brand-IP role → Dareos LTD
None of those automatically tells us the ultimate beneficial owner of the whole group.
This is why Sherlock does not use the word “owner” as if it always describes one relationship.
BRAND IP ≠ CASINO OPERATOR ≠ BENEFICIAL OWNER
VulkanVegas became V.Vegas
Not proof that the current identity or domain existed in that year.
The predecessor relationship is confirmed by V.Partners itself:
VulkanVegas → V.Vegas
This was announced as part of the same 2026 brand refresh that turned VulkanSpiele into FieryPlay and VulkanBet into FS Casino.
V.Partners currently gives V.Vegas a 2015 launch year. We treat that as a lineage/product date, not evidence that today's V.Vegas identity existed in 2015.
The rename matters because the legal history underneath the predecessor is not identical to today's structure.
Before Whitebox, the VulkanVegas trail looked different
Historical evidence is kept separate from the current exact-domain operator.
Historical enforcement or attribution is not inherited by the current operator without evidence.
A Lithuanian gambling-regulator report records a 12 October 2022 court-authorised blocking action involving VulkanVegas/VULKAN-branded sites.
The companies identified in that historical investigation were:
- Brivio Limited
- Invicta Networks N.V.
That evidence belongs to the predecessor era.
Today, v.vegas is licensed to Whitebox B.V.
We have not yet established the exact date or contractual mechanics of the transition between those structures, so we do not draw a fictional straight line through the missing years.
Historical operator attribution: VERIFIED
Exact migration mechanics: OPEN
V.Vegas and ICE Casino share more than V.Partners
The strongest current related-brand edge we found is ICE Casino.
Current ICE Casino legal documentation independently shows:
- Whitebox B.V. — company 155412
- OGL/2024/822/0338
- T&C Whitebox CY Limited — HE 419583
So the connection is not merely:
V.Vegas → V.Partners ← ICE Casino
It is also:
V.Vegas → Whitebox B.V. ← ICE Casino
and:
V.Vegas → OGL/2024/822/0338 ← ICE Casino
That is a materially stronger relationship.
A useful warning from Slotoro
Whitebox and T&C Whitebox also appear in Slotoro's current Privacy Policy — but Slotoro's regulator and current Terms identify Wiraon B.V. instead.
We therefore do not convert the Slotoro document mismatch into a Whitebox sister-brand edge.
A company name appearing in one stale document is not the same thing as an independently verified operator relationship.

V.Partners contradicts itself on one GEO
No reviewed publisher-side accepted-GEO dataset was supplied for V.Vegas in this case pass.
NO REVIEWED PUBLISHER-SIDE ACCEPTED GEO SETV.Vegas has a verified V.Partners affiliate-network edge.
On the current V.Vegas brand page, V.Partners lists Belgium among Restricted GEOs.
But in a June 2026 V.Partners campaign, the network says all brands — including V.Vegas — are ready for traffic, and one of the campaign GEO groups explicitly includes Belgium.
V.Vegas's own Terms also prohibit players located or domiciled in Belgium.
So we have three layers:
Operator Terms → Belgium restricted
V.Partners brand page → Belgium restricted
V.Partners campaign → Belgium targeted for affiliate traffic
That does not make Belgium an accepted player market.
It makes the network's own commercial instructions inconsistent.
AFFILIATE CAMPAIGN TARGET ≠ PLAYER ELIGIBILITY ≠ LOCAL LICENSING

500/1.20 + 500/1.50 + 500/1.20 ≈ 1166.67 deposits; 1500*40 = 60000 wageringMax-bet violation may cancel all real and bonus balances and/or close account
Separate bonus-abuse clause permits voiding real-money balance
Live/table/instant games do not wager casino bonuses
The current first-party welcome page shows three deposit stages:
The first deposit carries a 60-minute window after registration.
The package remains available for five days, with a two-day window for each deposit step.
Current offer documentation outside the dynamically rendered table corroborates a €500 maximum cash bonus at each stage, producing €1,500 + 150 FS, with x40 wagering on cash bonus and x30 on free-spin winnings.
Sherlock math
To max the cash bonus:
- €500 / 120% = €416.67
- €500 / 150% = €333.33
- €500 / 120% = €416.67
Total deposits: ≈ €1,166.67
Cash bonus: €1,500
Cash-bonus wagering: €1,500 × 40 = €60,000
And then there is the separate wagering on free-spin winnings.
The general Bonus Terms add another risk layer
Current V.Vegas Bonus Terms say:
- bonuses/free spins normally expire after 5 days if not wagered;
- live casino, table and instant games do not wager casino bonuses;
- maximum casino-bonus bet is €5 per spin or the listed currency equivalent;
- violating the max-bet rule can lead to cancellation of all player balances — real and bonus — and/or account closure;
- separate bonus-abuse wording also allows V.Vegas to void a player's real-money balance.
Those are contractual powers, not proof they are used in every case.
Bonus Autopsy: HIGH TURNOVER · SHORT WINDOW · MATERIAL ENFORCEMENT WORDING
The withdrawal contract we would read before depositing
These clauses are not presented as normal payout times.
Published Terms reserve the right to withhold 20% where the ambiguously worded low-turnover condition applies.
At 20x total deposits across requested withdrawals + balance + lifetime withdrawals, operator may limit withdrawals to €5,000 per 30 days.
Published filing limit for the covered account, gameplay, bonus and financial claims.
The current V.Vegas Terms contain several clauses that matter more than a generic “fast withdrawal” badge.
A 20% low-turnover clause
If the “turnover amount is 2 times less than the deposit”, V.Vegas says it may withhold 20% of the withdrawal to cover payment expenses.
The English wording is ambiguous. Sherlock does not rewrite it into a more precise formula than the contract provides.
Approval windows increase with withdrawal size
After successful KYC:
- up to €499 → normally 5 min–12 h, maximum 2 working days;
- €500–€4,999 → maximum 5 working days;
- €5,000–€29,999 → maximum 14 working days;
- over €30,000 → maximum 30 working days.
A 20× win-to-deposit ratio can create a monthly limit
If requested withdrawals, current balance and lifetime withdrawals together reach at least 20× total deposits, V.Vegas says withdrawals may be limited to €5,000 during 30 days.
Complaint clock
Account, gameplay, bonus and financial claims generally need to be filed within 12 calendar months of the relevant event or transaction.
These are published contractual rights and maximums, not evidence that every player will encounter them.

Other platforms disagree in different ways
Casino Guru currently gives V.Vegas a 9.8 / Very High Safety Index while labelling user feedback Mixed across 163 reviews.

Three things Sherlock would flag
1. A current legal PDF uses another operator's licence number
Live HTML + CGA: Whitebox → OGL/2024/822/0338
Downloadable PDF: Whitebox → OGL/2024/688/0234
CGA registry: OGL/2024/688/0234 → River Entertainment
Severity: regulator-identifier / document-control issue
Status: confirmed
2. The brand has more than one corporate chapter
VulkanVegas historically appears with Brivio/Invicta. V.Vegas today is Whitebox. Dareos appears on the IP layer.
Severity: corporate-history complexity
Status: current + historical roles verified; exact transition open
3. The bonus and withdrawal contract deserve more attention than the headline
€1,500 cash bonus can mean about €60,000 wagering, while Terms contain a 20% low-turnover clause, tiered approval maxima and a possible €5,000/30-day high-ratio cap.
Severity: player-value / liquidity terms
Status: published terms

Sherlock conclusion
V.Vegas passes the most important basic check: the exact domain has a real, active Curaçao licence and an identifiable current operator.
But that is not the end of the investigation.
The casino's downloadable English Terms attach the wrong regulator identifier to that operator — and the mistaken number belongs to another licensed company. The same document places brand IP with Dareos LTD. The predecessor VulkanVegas carries a documented Brivio/Invicta history. ICE Casino shares today's Whitebox structure. V.Partners simultaneously publishes incompatible Belgium traffic instructions. And the rebrand has left reputation data divided between a nearly empty new Trustpilot profile and a predecessor profile with thousands of still-active reviews.
None of those facts proves fraud.
Together they prove something more useful:
a casino brand is not one company, one licence number or one review score. It is an evidence graph that can change over time — and sometimes its own documents fail to keep up.
