Sherlock verdict
The operator and licence are clear. The predecessor identity still leaks through the new brand.
FS Casino has a current legal identity we can verify.
Its English Terms identify Intelligent Innovations N.V., Curaçao company 142065, as the company providing and licensing the service. The live Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate independently confirms fs.casino, the same company number and licence OGL/2024/767/0360, currently Active.
Payments are disclosed separately through Verbenaz Limited, Cyprus company HE 385376.
Then we followed the brand backwards.
V.Partners has publicly confirmed the transition:
VulkanBet → FS Casino
The predecessor was not sitting on an unrelated legal structure. Indexed VulkanBet pages show the same Intelligent Innovations N.V. + Verbenaz Limited + OGL/2024/767/0360 stack now displayed by FS Casino.
So the operator continuity is unusually strong.
The content migration is not.
Live pages on fs.casino still say VulkanBET. Another current tournament says VulkanBet. The popular-games page still promotes Book of Vulkanbet. And deep inside the current Terms, the KYC section defines the website as “Vbet.”
Those leftovers do not create a second operator. They create something more mundane and more revealing: the rebrand reached the logo before it reached every document and content surface.
The launch date has the same identity problem. FS Casino currently says it was launched in 2026. V.Partners lists Launch year: 2016.
The official VulkanBet rebrand makes the likely explanation obvious: one date refers to the new identity and the other to the product lineage. But the network does not explain that distinction on the checked brand page.
There is another layer behind the old name. The Canadian trademark VULKANBET & Design is registered to DAREOS LTD in Cyprus, not Intelligent Innovations N.V. That does not make DAREOS the owner of FS Casino. It shows why brand IP and casino operation must be tracked as different legal relationships.
And the welcome bonus is easier to dissect than the brand history. FS currently advertises up to €1,000 + 400 free spins across four deposits. Maxing the €1,000 cash component requires about €852.27 in deposits and creates €40,000 of cash-bonus wagering at x40, before separate x40 wagering on free-spin winnings.
The clause we would read most carefully is not the headline. The current Bonus Policy says a max-bet violation while wagering can result in cancellation of all real and bonus balances and/or account closure, at the site's discretion.
Sherlock verdict: FS Casino's current operator and exact-domain licence are verifiable. The more interesting story is continuity: VulkanBet became FS Casino without changing the core operator stack, yet the old identity remains visible across tournaments, game copy and even KYC wording. The player contract also deserves more attention than the “fast payouts” headline suggests.

FS Casino is the official successor to VulkanBet and retains the same core operating stack. But pieces of the old brand remain live on the new domain — including inside the current KYC wording.
