FieryPlay Casino
A new name with an older operating history.
Sherlock verdict
The operator and licence are clear. The transition layers are not fully synchronised.
FieryPlay Casino is new. The operation behind it is not.
The current legal evidence is unusually consistent. FieryPlay's Terms name Nixxe B.V., Curaçao company 147116, as the company providing the service. Its Privacy Notice says the same. The Curaçao Gaming Authority independently confirms that fieryplay.com is operated by Nixxe B.V. under licence OGL/2024/1363/0705, currently Active.
Payments are disclosed separately through Kaurum Limited, Cyprus company HE 387933.
Then we followed the brand backwards.
V.Partners has publicly confirmed the rename:
VulkanSpiele → FieryPlay Casino
This was not a theory built from matching colours or shared software. It was announced by the affiliate network itself as part of a wider 2026 Vulkan-brand transition.
That explains one strange date — but creates another.
FieryPlay's own current homepage says the casino was founded in 2026. V.Partners' current FieryPlay profile says Launch year: 2024. Secondary WHOIS data places the fieryplay.com domain in March 2026.
The most plausible reading is that V.Partners is counting the underlying VulkanSpiele product history while FieryPlay is the new 2026 identity. But neither page actually explains that distinction.
And some of the old identity is still visible.
Live tournament pages on fieryplay.com in 2026 still tell players that VulkanSpiele is running the tournament. The rebrand is official; the content migration is not completely finished.
Then we opened the welcome bonus.
Two current FieryPlay pages advertise the same headline — up to €2,500 + 350 free spins — but their own tables disagree. The homepage gives the fourth deposit a maximum cash bonus of €1,000, allowing the table to reach €2,500. The dedicated Bonuses page gives the fourth deposit a maximum of €500, so its table reaches only €2,000.
That is not an interpretation. It is arithmetic across two live first-party pages.
Using the homepage version, maxing the €2,500 cash bonus requires about €1,566.67 in deposits and creates €100,000 of cash-bonus wagering at x40, before the separate x40 wagering on free-spin winnings.
Sherlock verdict: FieryPlay has a verifiable operator and active exact-domain licence. The interesting risk is not anonymity. It is transition control: the brand inherited VulkanSpiele, some old content remains live, the public launch dates use different definitions, the affiliate and contractual GEO lists do not fully match, and two current bonus pages cannot agree on the fourth-deposit maximum.
VulkanSpiele became FieryPlay
The rename is official. Live content still carries the predecessor brand.
This is the signature finding in the FieryPlay file.
V.Partners officially announced a three-brand transition in 2026:
VulkanVegas → V.Vegas
VulkanSpiele → FieryPlay Casino
VulkanBet → FS Casino
That makes the relationship much stronger than “these sites look related.”
For Sherlock Graph, the correct edge is:
FieryPlay — REBRANDED FROM → VulkanSpiele
not:
FieryPlay — SISTER CASINO → VulkanSpiele
Older VulkanSpiele pages also identify the same Nixxe B.V. / Kaurum Limited operating family and the same OGL licence lineage.
So the brand name changed. The corporate operating trail largely did not.
The rebrand is finished in the logo. Not everywhere in the content.
We found live FieryPlay tournament pages with 2026 tournament periods whose body copy still says:
Every Friday in December, VulkanSpiele ignites a tournament weekend…
This does not mean two casinos are secretly running on the same URL.
It means something simpler: old VulkanSpiele content survived the FieryPlay migration.
Evidence status: VERIFIED REBRAND RESIDUE
Founded in 2026. Launch year 2024.
Both claims are live; the rebrand explains the likely lineage but not the inconsistent labels.
The 2024 claim most plausibly tracks predecessor/product lineage while the FieryPlay name/domain dates to 2026; current sources do not explicitly explain the difference.
FieryPlay's homepage says:
Founded in 2026.
V.Partners says:
Launch year: 2024.
And the fieryplay.com domain itself appears in secondary WHOIS records from 23 March 2026.
Those dates look contradictory until the rebrand is added to the graph.
The most coherent explanation is:
2024 → underlying VulkanSpiele product lineage
2026 → FieryPlay name/domain/rebrand
But that explanation is ours — the two current pages do not spell it out.
So Sherlock does not silently choose one date and delete the other.
We keep both.

Operator, predecessor and network are different edges
FieryPlay gives us three separate relationship types.
Current operator
FieryPlay → Nixxe B.V.
Relationship: SAME LEGAL OPERATOR / CONFIRMED
Predecessor
FieryPlay → VulkanSpiele
Relationship: REBRANDED FROM / CONFIRMED
Affiliate network
FieryPlay → V.Partners
Relationship: AFFILIATE PROGRAM / CONFIRMED
The FieryPlay website itself sends its Affiliates link to V.Partners, and V.Partners maintains an official FieryPlay brand page.
These relationships should never be flattened into one generic “sister sites” list.
Other domains under the same verified operator
Current exact-domain CGA certificates also connect:
NV Casino — `nv.casino` → Nixxe B.V.
Yep Casino — `yep.casino` → Nixxe B.V.
Both use company 147116 and licence OGL/2024/1363/0705.
That is a stronger legal connection than merely sharing V.Partners.
Other published Sherlock cases in V.Partners
FieryPlay also shares the affiliate network with cases we already track, including Verde Casino, Hit'n'Spin and Slotoro Casino.
Those brands have different verified operators.
This is exactly why Sherlock Graph keeps:

Sherlock Verified: the current exact-domain Curaçao licence is active at the time of our check.
That answers one question.
It does not answer whether FieryPlay is locally authorised in every country from which someone can reach the website.
FieryPlay's own Terms explicitly restrict multiple jurisdictions including Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, the UK and the United States, among others.
Local authorisation remains a separate jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction question.
The exact-domain Curaçao certificate is active. Player eligibility and local licensing remain separate questions.
The GEO lists do not fully agree
OPERATOR TERMS
Player and account restriction layer.
FieryPlay Terms and ConditionsAFFILIATE PROGRAM
Affiliate-traffic restriction layer.
V.Partners — FieryPlay CasinoThere are two different restriction layers around FieryPlay.
The current FieryPlay Terms provide the contractual restriction list for player accounts and deposits.
The current V.Partners FieryPlay page provides the affiliate network's restricted-traffic list.
They overlap heavily.
But V.Partners additionally blocks affiliate traffic from:
- Belgium
- Germany
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- Serbia
None of those five countries appears in the FieryPlay Terms restriction clause we checked on 24 August 2026.
That does not mean those countries are “accepted” by FieryPlay or locally licensed.
It means the two systems are answering different questions.
PLAYER TERMS ≠ AFFILIATE TRAFFIC RULES ≠ LOCAL LICENSING
Sherlock stores them separately.

- JURISDICTION

- ACTION
- Prohibition on offering gambling in Sweden without the necessary Swedish licence.
This was an NV Casino enforcement action, not a FieryPlay enforcement action.
One of those GEO differences has additional context.
On 24 November 2025, the Swedish Gambling Authority prohibited Nixxe B.V. from providing gambling in Sweden without the required Swedish licence after investigating NV Casino / nv.casino.
The regulator cited Swedish-facing signals on that site, including Swedish registration/currency settings and Swedish-directed marketing.
This matters as Nixxe operator history.
It was not an enforcement action against FieryPlay.
We will not rewrite an NV Casino decision into a FieryPlay conviction simply because the legal operator is the same.
What it does show is why operator history and brand history both belong in the graph.
Bonus Autopsy
The same €2,500 headline is backed by two different fourth-deposit maximums.
Two current first-party pages advertise €2,500 + 350 FS but disagree on the fourth-stage maximum; the dedicated Bonuses-page table totals €2,000 cash.
FieryPlay advertises:
UP TO €2,500 + 350 FREE SPINS
The current homepage makes the cash headline mathematically possible.
Homepage version
Cash maximum:
€500 + €500 + €500 + €1,000 = €2,500
Approximate deposits needed to max it through the limited first offer:
€333.33 + €400 + €333.33 + €500 ≈ €1,566.67
Cash wagering:
€2,500 × 40 = €100,000
And free-spin winnings carry their own x40 wagering.
Then we opened the dedicated Bonuses page
The headline is still:
€2,500 + 350 FS
But its table says:
That adds up to:
€2,000
not €2,500.
The displayed table would imply about €1,316.67 in deposits to max its cash component and €80,000 of x40 cash-bonus wagering.
Two live first-party pages. Same headline. Different fourth-deposit maximum.
Evidence status: CURRENT BONUS-PAGE MISMATCH
Our conclusion is narrow:
FieryPlay's current bonus documentation is internally inconsistent. The homepage supports the €2,500 headline; the dedicated Bonuses-page table does not.
We are not assigning intent to the discrepancy.
The bonus terms that matter more than the headline
5-day general bonus validity
€5 maximum bonus bet
max-bet violation may cancel all real and bonus balances
bonus-abuse clauses may void real-money balance
real balance used before bonus balance
Across the current welcome and Bonus Policy pages we found:
Cash wagering: x40
Free-spin winnings wagering: x40
Bonus validity: 5 days
Free-spin conversion cap: €100 on the checked EUR page
Cash conversion/cashout cap: x5 the initial bonus amount received on the checked welcome page
Maximum bonus bet: €5 per spin
Real balance: used before bonus balance
The Bonus Policy also excludes multiple product categories from casino-bonus wagering and gives different contribution rules to other games.
The clause we would read twice
FieryPlay's Bonus Policy says a violation of the maximum-bet rule can result in cancellation of all player balances — real and bonus — and/or account closure, at the discretion of site administration.
Separate bonus-abuse language also allows the operator to void a player's real-money balance.
These are published contractual powers.
They do not prove FieryPlay applies them unfairly in every case.
They do tell the player what the operator has reserved the right to do.
What the withdrawal contract actually allows
Published identity-review threshold.
Withdrawals follow the published same-method rule.
Published fraud-check delay for this funding route.
Terms reserve the right to withhold 20% for withdrawals where the published low-turnover condition applies; wording is ambiguous.
At least 20x total deposits can trigger a €5,000 per 30-day withdrawal limit.
up to 30 days for withdrawals above USD 15,001, excluding weekends and holidays
Published per-transaction Visa/MasterCard withdrawal maximum.
The Terms contain several conditions we would read before depositing.
Same-method withdrawal
Funds are generally to be withdrawn using the same method used to deposit.
Mobile-operator deposits can add weeks
If money was transferred from a phone operator, the Terms say withdrawal may be delayed 2–3 weeks for a fraud check.
An ambiguous 20% low-turnover clause
The Terms say that if the “turnover amount is 2 times less than the deposit”, the operator reserves the right to withhold 20% for withdrawals to cover transfer expenses.
The English wording is awkward.
We do not rewrite it into a cleaner rule than FieryPlay itself publishes.
Published approval windows
Up to $300: within 2 days
$301–$1,500: within 5 days
$1,501–$15,000: within 14 days
Above $15,001: within 30 days
Weekends and holidays are excluded from those windows.
The 20× condition
If requested withdrawals, current balance and lifetime withdrawals together are at least 20 times total deposits, FieryPlay says a player may be limited to:
€5,000 per 30 days
Card transaction limit
The Terms state a maximum Visa/MasterCard withdrawal of $450 per transaction.
These are contractual maximums and operator rights — not a claim that every withdrawal takes the maximum time.
The $1,000 threshold is only the beginning
Risk or suspicious-activity triggers can require earlier or additional verification.
- ID
- Selfie with documents
- Payment-card evidence
- Bank statement
- Proof of address
- Workplace letter
- Tax assessment
- Source-of-wealth evidence
- Other situational documents
Published document classes are situational; they do not mean every player must submit every document.
FieryPlay's KYC policy applies Standard Verification once total transactions through the site reach or exceed USD/EUR 1,000.
Verification can also be triggered earlier by risk or suspicious activity.
Documents may include:
- ID;
- payment-card evidence;
- selfie with documents;
- proof of address;
- bank statement;
- workplace letter;
- tax assessment;
- other documents required by the situation.
Additional/source-of-wealth verification can be requested where the risk model requires it.
That helps explain why “KYC only at $1,000” would be an oversimplification.
Six months to file, up to eight weeks internally
FieryPlay has a dedicated Customer Complaints Policy.
A formal complaint must be submitted within six months of the relevant incident.
The policy publishes these handling targets:
Acknowledgement: within one week
Resolution: up to 4 weeks
Possible extension: one additional 4 weeks
Responsible-gambling complaints: within 5 business days
It also says the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not intervene in individual disputes between players and licensed operators, though suspected regulatory breaches can be reported.
The General Terms separately tell users to complain “as soon as reasonably practicable” and state that server records act as final authority in disputes.

Its complaint database reports 58 total complaint records, with many rejected or resolved rather than unresolved.
There are both old VulkanSpiele cases and newer FieryPlay cases.
One April 2026 case is especially useful for the history: a player was dealing with a VulkanSpiele withdrawal/verification issue when the casino changed to FieryPlay. Casino Guru later marked that case resolved.
Other cases show repeated KYC and withdrawal friction, including resolved disputes after mediation and cases closed because the player stopped responding.
So we do not conclude:
“FieryPlay does not pay.”
The evidence does not support that blanket statement.
We conclude:
The complaint trail spans the VulkanSpiele-to-FieryPlay transition and contains recurring verification and withdrawal friction. Outcomes are mixed, and many cases are resolved or rejected.

Sherlock conclusion
FieryPlay is an unusually clear example of why a casino investigation should not start and stop with a licence badge.
The exact-domain licence is real and active. The operator is identifiable. The Privacy Notice and Terms agree.
Then the graph reveals the rest.
FieryPlay is the official successor to VulkanSpiele. The predecessor used the same operating family. Old VulkanSpiele copy still survives on FieryPlay pages. The brand describes itself as founded in 2026 while its affiliate network carries a 2024 launch year. The network's traffic restrictions are broader than the casino's own restricted-jurisdiction clause. And two current bonus pages advertise €2,500 while disagreeing on whether the fourth stage contributes €1,000 or €500.
None of that proves fraud.
It proves the brand has migration debt — legal, content, commercial and promotional layers that have not all been synchronised after the rename.
That is the real FieryPlay story.
