The licence is clear. The acquisition, payment, historical and IP layers are not one legal map.
Wiraon B.V. looks simple if you stop at the licence.
It is a Curaçao company, number 146886, operating under OGL/2024/686/0183. Sherlock independently captured live Curaçao Gaming Authority certificates for four current domains:
Awintura
Slotoro
Verde Casino
Maggico
Every certificate identifies the same company, the same OGL, a grant date of 14 April 2025 and current status Active.
Current licence-monitor data adds a fifth domain:

We have not yet captured CasiShock's direct official certificate, so it stays one evidence grade lower than the other four.
Then the simple structure disappears.
The four Wiraon casinos Sherlock has already investigated do not use one outward-facing affiliate programme.

CasiShock's affiliate programme remains unresolved.
So the most important thing to understand about Wiraon is not just that five casino domains sit around one licence.
It is this:

And the separation continues beyond acquisition.
Current Awintura, Slotoro and Verde legal copy places Briantie Limited in the payment layer. Those documents say Wiraon owns and operates the casino while Briantie manages payments as an authorised agent. They also call Wiraon Briantie's parent company.
But Sherlock does not have the shareholder extract needed to independently prove that corporate ownership chain.
Go backwards and the same two companies switch roles.
Public Awintura and Maggico legal PDFs from the older licensing stack say Briantie was the casino operator, while Wiraon was the parent/licensor under 8048/JAZ 2021-048. A live Verde localisation still carries that old structure today.
Then a regulator adds a third historical layer.
Lithuania's Gambling Supervisory Authority says a December 2023 court order concerning Verde Casino-branded illegal remote gambling sites named Brivio Limited, Invicta Networks N.V., Wiraon B.V., Briantie Limited and an unidentified entity in the investigated activity.
That does not make those companies one corporate group.
It does independently prove that Wiraon was already part of the Verde operating ecosystem before today's direct CGA structure.
The brand rights are fragmented too. Secondary EU trademark records put AWINTURA, SLOTORO and the Maggico CASINO application on Briantie, while the 2026 VERDE CASINO application is on Wiraon itself.
So Wiraon is an unusually clean demonstration of what Sherlock is trying to map:
licensed operator ≠ payment company ≠ affiliate programme ≠ trademark holder ≠ historical operator.
Sherlock verdict: Wiraon's current gambling identity is verifiable. The complexity sits around it. One active Curaçao operator sits behind a five-domain portfolio signal, while the commercial acquisition layer splits across at least three programmes, the brand-IP layer is divided between Wiraon and Briantie, older casino contracts assign Briantie the operator role, and an official Lithuanian enforcement record ties Wiraon to an even wider historical Verde entity trail.

But an operator page becomes useful only when it goes beyond the certificate.
