Crystal Casino
The original casino is closed. The name is still alive online.
Sherlock verdict
The old online Crystal Casino is closed.
That is one of the few parts of this case that is simple.
Current AskGamblers records CrystalCasino as Closed and preserves crystalcasino.com as its historical website. Official Slovak gambling-regulator records repeatedly linked that domain to Invicta Networks N.V. and Brivio Limited from 2020 through at least September 2023.
Contemporary casino-industry records split the historical roles more specifically: Invicta Networks N.V. appears on the ownership/licence side, while Brivio Limited appears as operator. The casino's affiliate programme was Gambling Attack, which also marketed ICE Casino and Max Casino.
But the shutdown itself is strangely difficult to date.
One major archive labels Crystal Casino closed in January 2019. Two others say it stopped accepting new players on 10 October 2023. AskGamblers confirms the casino is closed but does not resolve the exact date. And the Slovak blacklist still contained crystalcasino.com in September 2023.
A regulator retaining a site in a blacklist does not prove the casino was still processing bets that day, so Sherlock does not choose whichever date looks cleaner.
Closure: confirmed. Exact closure date: unresolved.
Then there is the current internet footprint.
The old crystalcasino.com domain remains technically visible in current DNS/infrastructure databases. More importantly, a different site at `crystalcasino.net` currently publishes a “Crystal Casino” experience with 2026 bonus copy, August 2026 winner feeds and the old Invicta/Brivio corporate story.
We found no reviewed evidence that this .net site is the legal successor to the old .com casino.
And its content contains an even stranger clue.
The .net promotions page publishes 777 Blazing Blackjack with the same payout table currently used by the unrelated land-based Crystal Casino in Compton, California. It also advertises Smoking Blackjack up to $1,000, matching a current promotion on the California casino's official site.
At the same time .net tells visitors that its Crystal Casino was launched in 2013 and belongs to the historical Invicta/Brivio online structure.
That does not prove fraud, copying or common ownership.
It proves something narrower and much more useful:
The current Crystal Casino name is being used across surfaces whose provenance does not line up cleanly.
Sherlock verdict: the historical crystalcasino.com operation is closed and its Invicta/Brivio/Gambling Attack trail is recoverable. What is not established is who controls the surviving domain footprint, whether the current .net site has any right to represent the old online casino, or why that site mixes old online-casino corporate claims with current promotional mechanics from a separate California land-based casino.
Who operated the original Crystal Casino?
Do not inherit 8048/JAZ2012-009 from sister casinos without Crystal-specific evidence.
The strongest primary evidence is the regulator trail.
Official Slovak prohibited-site records repeatedly list:
crystalcasino.com
↓ attributed to
Invicta Networks N.V.
Brivio Limited
The pairing appears in records from 2020 and remains present in the September 2023 blacklist.
Historical commercial databases give us a more detailed role split:
Invicta Networks N.V. → owner / licence-side company
Brivio Limited → casino operator
That matches the broader historical Invicta/Brivio structure Sherlock has independently established around ICE Casino, VulkanVegas and GG.BET.
But there is an important limitation.
We did not recover Crystal Casino's original first-party Terms or licence footer in this pass.
The wider Invicta stack used 8048/JAZ2012-009, but we are not going to copy that licence number onto Crystal simply because its sister brands used it.
So Crystal's graph says:
Invicta + Brivio historical attribution → verified
Brivio historical operator role → supported-high
Invicta historical Curaçao licence layer → supported-high
Exact Crystal licence identifier → unresolved
That is less tidy than copying an old sister-casino licence number.
It is also more accurate.
The closure date does not line up
Blacklist persistence does not prove commercial activity on the list date.
Open regulator contextSeveral current archives agree that Crystal Casino is closed.
They do not agree on when.
Source A
LCB labels the casino:
Closed in Jan 2019
Source B
Chipy and SlotsMate state:
Inactive since 10 October 2023
Source C
AskGamblers:
The casino is closed.
No exact shutdown date is supplied.
Regulator context
The Slovak prohibited-site list dated 11 September 2023 still contains crystalcasino.com under Invicta Networks N.V. + Brivio Limited.
But a blacklist can preserve historical entries after a site stops accepting customers.
So the regulator record cannot independently prove that Crystal remained commercially live until September 2023.
Sherlock status: CLOSED · EXACT CLOSURE DATE DISPUTED
We did not find a first-party closure notice, account-migration announcement or acquisition statement.
Gambling Attack was Crystal Casino's affiliate programme
Do not infer Gambling Attack became V.Partners.
Before V.Partners, AFFinturo and today's network structure, there was another programme in this ecosystem:
Gambling Attack.
AskGamblers identifies Gambling Attack as Crystal Casino's affiliate programme.
Casino City preserved the affiliate contact:
support@gamblingattack.com
And in 2014 an account named gamblingattack was actively promoting CrystalCasino offers and discussing affiliate payouts on AffiliateFix.
The historical programme had three documented brands:
CrystalCasino
IceCasino
Max Casino
Today AskGamblers marks Gambling Attack closed.
One tempting story would be:
Gambling Attack → became V.Partners
We did not find evidence for that.
ICE later became a V.Partners brand, but a single brand moving into another network does not establish acquisition or programme succession.
So the Graph keeps them separate.
HISTORICAL AFFILIATE PROGRAMME → Gambling Attack
Not:
PREDECESSOR OF V.PARTNERS → verified
The current crystalcasino.net is not verified as the historical casino's successor
No reviewed corporate, regulator, trademark or first-party succession evidence links crystalcasino.net to the closed crystalcasino.com operation.
Open crystalcasino.net today and it looks like a living online casino information surface.
It publishes:
- a “New 2026 Welcome Bonus”;
- August 2026 “Recent Winners”;
- casino game and banking copy;
- a 2013 launch story;
- Invicta Networks N.V. as owner;
- Brivio Limited as administrator.
Those last two names come directly from Crystal Casino's historical ecosystem.
But we could not establish the missing link:
Who authorised this site to speak for the old Crystal Casino?
Sherlock did not capture:
- an Invicta statement;
- a Brivio statement;
- an acquisition document;
- an official licence for
crystalcasino.net; - a domain-migration notice;
- a trademark licence;
- a regulator certificate.
So we do not call .net the new Crystal Casino.
And we do not call it fake.
We call it what the evidence supports:
UNVERIFIED NAMESAKE · SUCCESSION NOT ESTABLISHED
Current .net content overlaps a separate California Crystal Casino
Same $50 / $100 / $500 / 100% payout structure
Both publish Smoking Blackjack promotion up to $1,000
Do not infer ownership, affiliation or copying intent from content overlap alone.
CONTENT_OVERLAP_WITH ONLY · NO CORPORATE EDGEThere is a completely separate, active Crystal Casino in Compton, California.
Its official domain is:
thecrystalcasino.com
It is a physical land-based casino at 123 E Artesia Blvd, Compton, CA.
That business is not the historical Invicta/Brivio online casino.
Now compare the promotions.
crystalcasino.net
Its current promotions page publishes 777 Blazing Blackjack:
| Hand | Payout |
|---|---|
| First two 7s mixed | $50 |
| First two 7s suited | $100 |
| Three 7s mixed | $500 |
| Three 7s suited | 100% |
thecrystalcasino.com
The current California casino jackpot page publishes the same structure:
$50 / $100 / $500 / 100%
The .net site also advertises Smoking Blackjack rewards up to $1,000.
The current Compton casino promotes Smoking Blackjack Bonus Hands up to $1,000.
Yet .net simultaneously says its casino belongs to the old Invicta/Brivio online structure.
That is the forensic finding.
It does not prove the California casino owns .net.
It does not prove the .net publisher intentionally copied anything.
It proves that the current namesake content combines two different Crystal Casino identities.

These are not verified historical Crystal Casino contract terms. Do not calculate a historical Bonus Autopsy from them.
Normally Sherlock's Bonus Autopsy dissects a casino's actual first-party terms.
We cannot honestly do that here.
The historic casino is closed, its original Terms were not captured, and the current .net site is not verified as successor.
So this is a Namesake Offer Autopsy, not the closed casino's contract.

The same surface also exposes:

We therefore deliberately do not calculate deposit-to-max, turnover or expected cashout for the historical Crystal Casino.
The evidence does not support it.

The old .com domain is closed as a casino — but it is not technically dead
One current network telemetry source lists crystalcasino.com on casino-heavy shared infrastructure including casishock.com.
Shared hosting or DNS proximity does not create a same-operator, Wiraon, ownership or affiliate-network edge.
Another strange part of this case is the domain itself.
Current domain/DNS databases still see crystalcasino.com.
One current network-telemetry source places the domain on casino-heavy shared infrastructure alongside dozens of domains, including casishock.com.
That is interesting.
It is not a corporate relationship.
A different current scanner reports a different address state, which is another reason not to turn these records into a definitive infrastructure map.
So Sherlock stores only:
crystalcasino.com → CURRENT INFRASTRUCTURE RESIDUE / SECONDARY TELEMETRY
Never:
Crystal Casino → SAME_OPERATOR → CasiShock
or:
Crystal Casino → OPERATED_BY → Wiraon
A domain can remain registered, parked, proxied, reused or technically hosted long after the casino product behind it closes.
The domain is older than the casino by roughly fifteen years
The domain record and the historical casino launch signal describe different events.
Current WHOIS-style secondary records put crystalcasino.com creation in April 1998.
Casino-industry histories generally place the online Crystal Casino product around 2013/2014.
That means this is another case where domain age is useless as a casino founding date.
1998 → domain
2013/2014 → supported online-casino launch period
We do not know what the domain did during all of the intervening years.
DOMAIN AGE ≠ CASINO AGE ≠ OPERATOR CONTINUITY
Withdrawal complaints recur, but outcomes differed
12 reviews · third-party historical signal
NOT A SHERLOCK SCOREComplaint allegations and outcomes remain anecdotal historical evidence and are not a Sherlock Score.
AskGamblers currently keeps a compact historical complaint record for CrystalCasino:
6 complaints
4 resolved
2 unresolved
≈ $660 average amount
6-day average complaint duration
3-day average response time
The recurring subject is clear:
withdrawal delays.
Examples include players reporting waits of weeks or more than a month.
But the outcomes are not all the same.
In one case a player complaining that Crystal “does not pay” later confirmed the money arrived, and the case was marked resolved.
Another player reporting a month-long delay later confirmed the full RUB 60,000 had been received.
Other withdrawal complaints remained unresolved.
So Sherlock's conclusion is:
Historical withdrawal-delay complaints recur, with mixed resolution outcomes.
Not:
Crystal Casino never paid players.
Brand IP is still an empty node
Do not attach unrelated Manitoba or California CRYSTAL CASINO trademarks to the Invicta/Brivio online brand.
Searching for CRYSTAL CASINO trademarks produces a lot of noise.
There was a historical Manitoba casino with the same name.
There is a current California Crystal Casino.
Those businesses have their own trademark records.
We did not find a trademark record tying the historical online casino to:
Invicta Networks N.V.
Brivio Limited
Dareos LTD
So the online brand-IP holder remains:
UNRESOLVED
This is exactly why Sherlock does not attach a trademark just because the words match.

Historical jurisdiction-specific attribution. No current operator or active licence is inferred.
Do not inherit 8048/JAZ2012-009 from sister casinos without Crystal-specific evidence.
Three things Sherlock would flag
1. The closure date cannot be stated cleanly
2019 and 2023 are both published by current historical databases.
Status: casino closed / exact date disputed
2. A current .net site speaks in the old casino's voice without a verified succession chain
It uses the Invicta/Brivio identity and publishes 2026 casino content.
Status: namesake provenance unresolved
3. The .net content overlaps a completely separate California Crystal Casino
The same 777 Blazing Blackjack payout mechanics and Smoking Blackjack concept appear on the land-based casino's current official site.
Status: verified content overlap / relationship unresolved

Sherlock conclusion
Crystal Casino is useful precisely because it shows what happens after a casino disappears.
The old online operation is closed.
Its corporate history can still be reconstructed through Invicta Networks N.V., Brivio Limited and Gambling Attack.
Its regulator footprint lasted for years.
Its complaint record survives.
Its old .com domain still has a technical footprint.
And the name itself is now scattered across different current surfaces, including a .net site that repeats the old Invicta/Brivio story while also publishing promotion mechanics associated with a separate California land-based Crystal Casino.
The clean Sherlock graph is therefore not:
Crystal Casino → one current owner
It is:
Historical casino → closed
Historical companies → Invicta / Brivio
Historical affiliate programme → Gambling Attack
Current .com infrastructure → residual / unresolved
Current .net namesake → succession unverified
California Crystal Casino → separate business
That is the actual evidence map.
