AFFinturo: the contract names a brand. The paper trail leads to V.Partners' office.
Case status: Open
Last checked: 26 August 2026
Entity type: Affiliate network / programme
Verified current casino edge: Awintura Casino
Contracting legal entity: Not disclosed in the reviewed AFFinturo Terms
V.Partners relationship: shared-office + platform/infrastructure association — supported, ownership unresolved
Wiraon relationship: third-party ownership signal — not primary-verified
Slotoro relationship: disputed current third-party mapping
Sherlock Score: Not published — methodology not yet live
The short version
AFFinturo is easy to find as an affiliate programme.
It is much harder to identify as a company.
Its current site accepts affiliate registrations, publishes commission and payout rules and calls its Terms a legal agreement between “Affinturo and Publisher.”
But the agreement Sherlock checked does not tell the publisher which incorporated company “Affinturo” actually is.
No company number.
No registered address.
No incorporation jurisdiction.
No named governing law or dispute forum.
That would already make AFFinturo an interesting transparency case.
Then the external paper trail gives us an address.
A service list filed in the US bankruptcy case of Digital Media Solutions in December 2024 lists:
Affinturo
Unit 912, 9/F Two Harbourfront
22 Tak Fung Street
Hunghom, Hong Kong
A second service list filed in March 2026 repeats the same address.
Now compare that with V.Partners.
V.Partners' current Data Protection Policy identifies V.Partners Limited and gives its office as:
Unit 912, 9/F Two Harbourfront, 22 Tak Fung Street, Hunghom, Hong Kong.
The match is exact.
And Starfish Group, another public business surface, explicitly says it is operated by V.Partners Limited from the same Unit 912 office.
That gives Sherlock a real relationship:
AFFinturo ↔ V.Partners ecosystem
SHARED OFFICE / INFRASTRUCTURE ASSOCIATION — SUPPORTED
But it does not give us permission to write:
AFFinturo = V.Partners Limited.
An address is not a shareholder register. A service-list entry is not a certificate of incorporation. And AFFinturo's own contract still does not identify the company behind the programme.
That distinction is the centre of this case.
The brand layer is clearer.
Awintura Casino → AFFinturo is a verified current first-party relationship. Sherlock captured Awintura's own Affiliate Program link going directly to AFFinturo. Current industry material also calls Awintura the core brand in the AFFinturo portfolio.
Then comes Slotoro.
StatsDrone and another current affiliate directory list Slotoro + Awintura under AFFinturo. But current V.Partners evidence directly lists Slotoro as a V.Partners brand, and Voonix currently maps:
Awintura → AFFinturo
Slotoro → V.Partners
So Sherlock does not create two current affiliate programmes for Slotoro just because two databases say so.
The AFFinturo/Slotoro edge stays:
THIRD-PARTY MAPPING · DISPUTED / UNRESOLVED
The Wiraon question is similar. StatsDrone currently labels Wiraon B.V. as AFFinturo's ownership. That is useful evidence, especially because Awintura itself is a Wiraon-operated casino. But AFFinturo's own public Terms do not identify Wiraon, and Sherlock has not captured a corporate document showing Wiraon owns the affiliate programme.
So the ownership field remains supported, not verified.
Sherlock verdict: AFFinturo is a verified affiliate programme with Awintura as a verified current brand edge. The stronger mystery is the programme's own legal identity. Its public contract names a trading/programme name rather than an incorporated counterparty, while independent records repeatedly place AFFinturo at the exact Hong Kong office used by V.Partners Limited. That is a meaningful infrastructure relationship. It is not yet proof of legal identity or ownership.
Who is AFFinturo legally?
NETWORK / PROGRAMMEAFFinturoaffinturo.comVERIFIED CURRENTThis is a public-disclosure finding, not a conclusion that the agreement is invalid or that no legal company exists.
This is the question the current Terms do not answer cleanly.
The document starts by saying it is a legal agreement between:
Affinturo
and
Publisher
It defines affiliates, players, clients, advertisers, commissions and fraud rules.
But the reviewed current document does not identify:
- an incorporated company behind AFFinturo;
- a company number;
- a registered office;
- a country of incorporation;
- governing law for the agreement;
- a court or arbitration forum.
That is not proof the programme has no legal company behind it.
It means the legal company is not disclosed in the public agreement Sherlock reviewed.
Evidence status: CONTRACTING LEGAL ENTITY NOT DISCLOSED
The paper trail leads to Unit 912
Shared office/address does not prove corporate identity, ownership or common shareholders.
AFFinturo's own contract does not give us an address.
External documents do.
December 2024
A service list filed in US Bankruptcy Court in the Digital Media Solutions case places Affinturo at:
Unit 912, 9/F Two Harbourfront
22 Tak Fung Street
Hunghom, Hong Kong
March 2026
A later service list in the same case repeats that exact address.
Two observations almost fifteen months apart give us a persistent address association rather than one isolated directory entry.
Now compare that with current V.Partners documentation.
Its Data Protection Policy says the data controller/processor is:
V.Partners Limited
with office:
Unit 912, 9/F Two Harbourfront, 22 Tak Fung Street, Hunghom, Hong Kong.
That is the same unit.
Starfish Group independently reinforces the V.Partners side of the address trail by stating:
Starfish Group is operated by V.Partners Limited
from the same Unit 912 business address.
What this proves
It proves a meaningful shared-office relationship around AFFinturo and the V.Partners ecosystem.
What it does not prove
It does not prove:
- AFFinturo is V.Partners Limited;
- V.Partners Limited owns AFFinturo;
- AFFinturo and Starfish are one business;
- one company owns every entity using that office.
Sherlock Graph should therefore show:
AFFinturo → SHARED OFFICE / INFRASTRUCTURE ASSOCIATION → V.Partners ecosystem
not a fake corporate ownership edge.
Awintura is the clean brand connection
AFFILIATE PROGRAMMEAFFinturoaffinturo.comVERIFIED-CURRENT-FIRST-PARTY-CROSS-CASEDo not build a definitive AFFinturo multi-brand portfolio from directory mappings alone.
AFFinturo's most defensible current casino edge is Awintura.
This is not based only on an affiliate directory.
In Sherlock's standalone Awintura investigation we captured the casino's own current Affiliate Program link resolving directly to AFFinturo.
That makes the relationship:
Awintura Casino
↓ current affiliate programme
AFFinturo
Status: VERIFIED FIRST-PARTY
Awintura's casino operation remains a different relationship:
Awintura → Wiraon B.V. → OGL/2024/686/0183
AFFinturo markets/acquires traffic for the brand. It is not thereby the licensed gambling operator.
Current Conversion Club coverage independently calls Awintura the main/core brand within the AFFinturo portfolio and describes AFFinturo's 2026 expansion into Argentina.
That is useful corroboration, but the first-party Awintura link is what upgrades the relationship to verified.
Is Slotoro also an AFFinturo brand?
Do not build a definitive AFFinturo multi-brand portfolio from directory mappings alone.
This is where a simple affiliate-directory answer breaks down.
Evidence saying yes
Current StatsDrone lists two AFFinturo brands:
Awintura
Slotoro
Another current affiliate directory does the same.
Stronger current evidence saying something different
V.Partners itself currently presents Slotoro as one of its brands.
And Voonix's current mapping makes the split unusually clear:
Awintura | v.partners | AFFinturo
Slotoro | v.partners | V.Partners
So Sherlock records:
Slotoro → V.Partners
CURRENT DIRECT AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP · VERIFIED
and separately:
Slotoro → AFFinturo
CURRENT THIRD-PARTY DATABASE MAPPING · DISPUTED / UNRESOLVED
Maybe the directory entry is stale.
Maybe there is secondary acquisition access.
Maybe AFFinturo and V.Partners share enough infrastructure that older databases conflate programme access.
Maybe it is simply wrong.
We do not know yet.
And that is exactly why the two edges cannot be flattened.
Does Wiraon own AFFinturo?
AFFILIATE PROGRAMMEAFFinturoaffinturo.comVERIFIED CURRENT PROGRAMMEDo not create a verified OWNS edge without primary corporate evidence.
There is a real signal here, but not enough for a verified ownership statement.
StatsDrone currently labels AFFinturo:
Ownership → Wiraon B.V.
That is interesting because Awintura's current gambling operator is Wiraon B.V.
But when Sherlock checks the primary AFFinturo surface, the current Terms never identify Wiraon as:
- the contracting company;
- programme owner;
- payment company;
- parent company.
No shareholder or corporate-registry document was captured connecting the AFFinturo name to Wiraon.
So the public Sherlock label is:
WIRAON OWNERSHIP SIGNAL · SUPPORTED THIRD-PARTY
Not:
AFFINTURO OWNED BY WIRAON · VERIFIED
This is an open corporate lead worth pursuing later.
V.Partners connection: stronger than a software label, weaker than ownership
AFFILIATE PROGRAMMEAFFinturoAwintura | v.partners | AFFinturoCURRENT PROGRAMME LAYER
ADJACENT NETWORKV.Partnersv.partnersSUPPORTED-HIGH · NOT OWNERSHIPPlatform/software and office proximity do not establish ownership or legal identity.
Before this investigation the public V.Partners link around AFFinturo rested mainly on technical/database evidence.
Voonix currently maps Awintura as:
Software / platform → v.partners
Affiliate programme → AFFinturo
Now we can add the Unit 912 paper trail.
That changes the quality of the connection.
We have:
- a current technical/platform mapping to
v.partners; - AFFinturo service records using Unit 912 in 2024 and 2026;
- V.Partners Limited currently declaring Unit 912 as its own office;
- Starfish Group explicitly operating under V.Partners Limited from the same office.
Together, that supports a real commercial/infrastructure proximity.
It still does not tell us the contract between the entities.
So Sherlock's relationship remains:
AFFinturo ↔ V.Partners
SHARED OFFICE + PLATFORM/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSOCIATION · SUPPORTED-HIGH
The ownership mechanism remains open.
Affiliate Contract Autopsy: the commercial terms are public. The company behind them is not.
Only reviewed public contract terms are shown. Private account-specific commercial terms are excluded.
AFFinturo publishes enough of its commercial model to analyse the contract without publishing private publisher deals.
Public commission structure
RevShare: up to 55% for life
Sub-affiliate: 5% of the referred affiliate's earnings
CPA: available, fixed amount individually agreed
Payments: weekly
Minimum payout: $100
Settlement currency: USD
Private CPA values or manager-negotiated overrides do not belong on Sherlock.
Terms can change without prior notice
The agreement says AFFinturo may change programme Terms at any time without prior notice.
Cooperation can be refused without explanation
The programme reserves that right explicitly.
Spam can cost the full account payout
The Terms permit account bans without further payouts when spam activity is detected.
Suspicion can freeze payouts indefinitely
If the programme or casino administration suspects a rule violation, the Terms allow the affiliate account to be blocked and payouts frozen for an indefinite period while the circumstances are clarified.
If a violation is confirmed, the programme reserves the right to leave the affiliate without payouts.
That is broad contractual discretion.
It is not proof AFFinturo has abused that discretion in a specific dispute.
The casino client is a different role
AFFinturo's own Terms say each Client assumes sole ownership of referred Players once they register, and AFFinturo disclaims responsibility for the Sites and their operations.
Even the contract therefore separates:
affiliate programme
from:
casino/client operation.
The registration form asks for personal information. Where is the privacy policy?
No distinct AFFinturo privacy/cookie/GDPR policy captured in site-specific reviewed searches.
Do not claim no policy exists anywhere and do not infer V.Partners Limited is AFFinturo's data controller.
The current AFFinturo registration surface asks for:
Email
Social media
Phone number
Traffic source
plus account credentials.
The reviewed registration footer links the Terms & Conditions.
Sherlock could not capture a separate AFFinturo Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy or Cookie Policy from the current public site/search surfaces.
That creates a transparency finding, but the wording matters.
Correct:
A standalone AFFinturo privacy/data policy was not found or linked in the public surfaces Sherlock reviewed.
Incorrect:
AFFinturo definitely has no privacy policy.
There may be a non-indexed, session-dependent or otherwise inaccessible policy we did not capture.
We also do not automatically make V.Partners Limited AFFinturo's data controller just because of the Unit 912 connection.
AFFinturo and V.Partners were already distinct public brands in 2023
The address relationship does not mean AFFinturo only appeared recently as a V.Partners label.
An Affhub event report published 30 August 2023 thanks its sponsors and names both:
AFFINTURO
and
V.partners
separately.
So both outward-facing names were publicly active side by side by August 2023.
StatsDrone published its AFFinturo profile in December 2023.
By December 2024 the US service list was already associating AFFinturo with Unit 912.
The same address appears again in March 2026.
And in April 2026 Conversion Club describes AFFinturo expanding into Argentina with Awintura as its core product.
That timeline makes the shared-office relationship persistent, not just a one-day coincidence.
It still leaves the legal structure unresolved.
Brand IP: another blank space
PRIMARY REGISTRY RECORD · NOT CAPTURED
Do not infer trademark ownership from copyright, address, operator association or third-party ownership fields.
We did not capture a reliable current trademark-registry record establishing who owns the AFFINTURO mark.
So Sherlock does not derive IP ownership from:
- the website copyright;
- StatsDrone's Wiraon ownership field;
- the V.Partners office connection;
- Awintura's operator.
BRAND IP STATUS: UNRESOLVED
Reputation: the contract tells us more than the reviews
Do not translate absence of a captured dispute corpus into no complaints or excellent reputation.
AFFinturo's homepage contains positive affiliate testimonials.
They are first-party selected marketing material.
Sherlock did not capture a meaningful independent corpus of current affiliate disputes or unpaid-commission cases during this investigation.
That does not mean there have been none.
It means there is not enough reviewed independent evidence for a reputation verdict.
So we do not publish:
“No complaints.”
or:
“Excellent reputation.”
The most useful risk evidence available today is the programme's own contract and the discretion it explicitly reserves.
Three things Sherlock would flag
1. The legal contract does not name the legal company
A publisher is asked to accept a “legal agreement” with AFFinturo without the reviewed public document identifying the incorporated counterparty, registration number or governing forum.
Status: VERIFIED PUBLIC-DOCUMENT OBSERVATION
2. The hidden company question leads to V.Partners' office
AFFinturo repeatedly appears at Unit 912 Two Harbourfront in independent court-filed service records. V.Partners Limited currently calls that exact unit its Hong Kong office.
Status: VERIFIED ADDRESS OVERLAP · OWNERSHIP UNRESOLVED
3. Slotoro shows why database relationships need evidence grades
Two directories currently place Slotoro under AFFinturo. Stronger current V.Partners evidence puts Slotoro under V.Partners.
Status: DISPUTED THIRD-PARTY MAPPING
What we could not confirm
The file remains open on several important questions:
- the incorporated company behind the AFFinturo Affiliate Programme agreement;
- its company number and jurisdiction;
- whether V.Partners Limited operates or owns AFFinturo;
- whether Wiraon B.V. owns AFFinturo as StatsDrone claims;
- the contract or technical arrangement connecting AFFinturo to V.Partners infrastructure;
- whether Slotoro is genuinely accessible through AFFinturo today;
- any additional current AFFinturo brands verified from first-party sources;
- the AFFINTURO trademark owner;
- AFFinturo's data controller and standalone privacy policy;
- meaningful independent affiliate-dispute history.
These remain leads, not conclusions.
Sherlock conclusion
AFFinturo is no longer just a small node hanging off the Awintura case.
It exposes another layer of the ecosystem we have been mapping.
The clean current edge is:
Awintura → AFFinturo
The gambling edge remains separate:
Awintura → Wiraon B.V.
The infrastructure evidence then leads to:
AFFinturo → Unit 912 Two Harbourfront
and:
V.Partners Limited → Unit 912 Two Harbourfront
while Voonix independently maps Awintura's platform/software layer to v.partners.
That is enough to say AFFinturo and the V.Partners ecosystem are materially connected at the infrastructure/office layer.
It is not enough to say they are the same company.
And that unresolved line is precisely what makes the case interesting.
The programme's own public agreement could close much of the mystery by naming the incorporated counterparty.
It currently does not.
