The short version
Gambling Attack was a real casino affiliate programme.
By 2014 it was publicly recruiting affiliates for exactly three brands:
Crystal Casino
ICE Casino
Max Casino
The programme offered RevShare, CPA and Hybrid structures, weekly payouts and its own reporting/API tools. GPWA welcomed it as a new sponsor in April 2014. By August its representatives were posting payout confirmations and casino promotions in affiliate forums. In October GPWA profiled Slava Sushko as Gambling Attack's affiliate manager.
Today the programme is closed.
But the way it disappeared is more interesting than the closure itself.
V.Partners' own archive contains:
V.Partners Affiliate Program Launched — 19 May
and the current site identifies the programme's history as:
2016–2026.
Then, on 10 June 2016, a dated affiliate-industry page still listing Gambling Attack's three casinos marked the programme:
НЕ РАБОТАЕТ — NOT WORKING.
That is a gap of only 22 days.
And one casino sits on both sides of it:
ICE Casino.
Gambling Attack promoted ICE before closing.
V.Partners' historical/current industry records identify ICE as one of the brands in its 2016-era programme alongside VulkanVegas and VulkanBet.
That makes the timing worth investigating.
It does not prove Gambling Attack became V.Partners.
Sherlock found no reviewed document saying V.Partners bought Gambling Attack, renamed it, inherited its legal entity, migrated affiliate accounts, transferred historical referred players or assumed lifetime commission obligations.
And the portfolios do not match.
Gambling Attack had:
Crystal · ICE · Max
V.Partners' early public portfolio is described as:
VulkanVegas · ICE · VulkanBet
Only ICE crosses the two programme eras.
Crystal and Max are both now reported closed.
So Sherlock's conclusion is narrower and stronger:
There is a verified brand-level transition around ICE Casino. There is no verified network-level succession from Gambling Attack to V.Partners.
That distinction matters because affiliate histories are often reconstructed backwards from whichever programme owns a brand today.
The evidence does not let us do that here.
Sherlock verdict: Gambling Attack was an active three-brand affiliate programme from the old Invicta/Brivio casino ecosystem. It was reported non-operational by June 2016. ICE Casino later appears inside V.Partners, whose launch record is only 22 days earlier. That is a genuine transition clue — not proof of acquisition, rebrand or account migration.
A real programme, not a directory ghost
Gambling Attack leaves a surprisingly clean 2014 footprint.
On 2 April 2014, GPWA Times welcomed Gambling Attack as a new sponsor.
A historical Gaffg industry summary called it a new affiliate programme for:
MaxCasino
ICEcasino
CrystalCasino
In August 2014, a Gambling Attack account opened an official AffiliateFix thread and advertised:
- up to 60% Revenue Share;
- tailored CPA and Hybrid plans;
- weekly payouts every Monday;
- lifetime commission;
- detailed traffic/deposit reporting;
- API access.
The account then posted actual weekly payout notices and individual casino campaigns.
This is strong historical programme evidence.
Evidence status: VERIFIED HISTORICAL AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
Who legally owned Gambling Attack?
Historical company roles attached to casino brands do not identify the programme owner, contracting entity or beneficial owners.
This is where the evidence becomes much thinner.
The surviving public records identify:
Gambling Attack — programme name
gamblingattack.com — website
Slava Sushko — affiliate manager
Crystal / ICE / Max — brands
But Sherlock did not capture a Gambling Attack contract or corporate record naming:
- an incorporated legal company;
- registration number;
- jurisdiction;
- shareholder;
- UBO;
- contractual counterparty.
That is important because the brands themselves belonged to an older corporate ecosystem involving Invicta Networks N.V. and Brivio Limited.
Crystal is strongly tied to both companies in regulator and historical industry records.
ICE's historical legal documents identify Brivio as operator and Invicta as parent/licensor.
Max's historical AskGamblers record names Invicta Networks N.V. as the company.
That makes Gambling Attack look like the outward-facing acquisition programme for brands in the Invicta/Brivio orbit.
It does not tell us who legally owned the affiliate programme.
So Sherlock does not publish:
Gambling Attack → owned by Invicta
or:
Gambling Attack → owned by Brivio.
Evidence status: CONTRACTING LEGAL ENTITY UNRESOLVED

22 days
Do not infer Gambling Attack was acquired, rebranded or corporately succeeded by V.Partners.
This is the strongest timeline fact in the file.
19 May 2016
V.Partners' current first-party news archive includes:
V.Partners Affiliate Program Launched
The same site identifies its programme history as 2016–2026.
10 June 2016
A dated affiliate-programme directory still lists Gambling Attack with:
Crystal
ICE
Max
and immediately labels it:
НЕ РАБОТАЕТ — NOT WORKING
Difference
22 days.
The programme lists also share one casino:
ICE Casino.
That is too specific to ignore.
It is still not a transfer document.
Sherlock has no evidence for:
- an acquisition agreement;
- programme rebrand announcement;
- database migration;
- tracker migration;
- transferred affiliate balances;
- transferred lifetime players;
- software/platform migration;
- successor legal liability.
Our Graph therefore shows two sequential brand relationships, not one corporate-successor relationship.
TIMING CORRELATION + SHARED BRAND ≠ NETWORK SUCCESSION
Why this does not look like a full programme migration
If Gambling Attack simply became V.Partners, we would expect some evidence connecting the full portfolio.
Instead:
| Gambling Attack | V.Partners 2016-era public portfolio |
|---|---|
| Crystal Casino | — |
| ICE Casino | ICE Casino |
| Max Casino | — |
| — | VulkanVegas |
| — | VulkanBet |
Only one of three Gambling Attack brands crosses over.
Today:
Crystal → closed
Max → closed
ICE → active under V.Partners
The evidence therefore supports a brand-level continuity event around ICE, not a demonstrated network rebrand.
Do not infer Gambling Attack was acquired, rebranded or corporately succeeded by V.Partners.
Historical commercial model
These figures describe preserved historical programme surfaces. They are not a current affiliate offer.
Historical commercial terms varied by source/date/plan. Do not publish private CPA or account-specific deals.
Gambling Attack's surviving records describe a fairly advanced programme for 2014.
AskGamblers preserves:
RevShare: 40%–60%
CPA: available
Negative carryover: no
Bundling: no
Payments: weekly
Sub-affiliate: four tiers
Software: proprietary
Stats: every 15 minutes
The programme's own 2014 forum posts advertised:
up to 60% RevShare
tailored CPA / Hybrid
Monday payouts
lifetime commissions
API access
But an older Gaffg snapshot listed a lower 20%–45% Revenue Share range.
Those numbers may represent different dates, plans or source freshness.
So Sherlock labels them:
HISTORICAL COMMERCIAL TERMS · VERSION / SOURCE DRIFT
We do not publish private individual CPA deals.
Slava Sushko: manager, not owner
Affiliate-manager representation does not establish ownership, directorship or UBO status.
GPWA's October 2014 archive identifies:
Slava Sushko — Gambling Attack
as the programme's affiliate manager.
A November Gambling Attack post says:
Gambling Attack → nominated Best Newcomer Affiliate Program
and:
Slava Sushko → nominated Best Affiliate Manager (Casino)
That is useful organisational evidence.
It is not corporate ownership evidence.
Sherlock Graph therefore records:
Slava Sushko → HISTORICAL AFFILIATE MANAGER FOR → Gambling Attack
Not:
Owner
Director
UBO
Proprietary software does not prove technical continuity
Common 'proprietary' labels do not prove code/database/account/tracker continuity.
Gambling Attack was described as using proprietary affiliate software, including near-real-time statistics and an API.
V.Partners is also described as using proprietary software.
That similarity is interesting but weak.
We found no reviewed evidence showing the same:
- codebase;
- database;
- account IDs;
- tracking system;
- reporting backend;
- API;
- player attribution records.
So there is no valid Graph edge:
Gambling Attack platform → became → V.Partners platform.
Technical succession remains unresolved.
Reputation: almost no surviving affiliate-dispute record
Sparse surviving records cannot support a claim of flawless historical affiliate payments.
AskGamblers currently shows:
0 Gambling Attack affiliate complaints
Affiliate Guard Dog still has a Gambling Attack forum entry with:
0 threads
0 messages
That is not enough data to call the programme spotless.
The programme is old and closed; dispute records can disappear along with communities and websites.
Sherlock conclusion:
INSUFFICIENT INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE-DISPUTE DATA
Not:
“Never missed a payment.”
Three things Sherlock would flag
1. The legal entity is missing from the surviving programme record
We can identify the programme, brands and manager.
We cannot identify the incorporated contracting company.
Status: unresolved
2. The 22-day ICE transition is real but unexplained
V.Partners launch archive → 19 May 2016
Gambling Attack reported not working → 10 June 2016
Status: verified timeline clue
Transfer mechanism: unresolved
3. Only one brand crosses the two programmes
Gambling Attack → Crystal / ICE / Max
V.Partners → VulkanVegas / ICE / VulkanBet
Status: verified historical portfolio difference
What we could not confirm
The file remains open on several important points:
- the company that legally operated Gambling Attack;
- Gambling Attack shareholders / UBOs;
- exact first-party launch date;
- exact first-party shutdown date;
- whether affiliates were formally notified before closure;
- whether outstanding balances were paid;
- whether lifetime-player attribution survived the shutdown;
- whether ICE trackers/accounts moved into V.Partners;
- any asset/acquisition agreement between Gambling Attack and V.Partners;
- any corporate continuity to V.Partners Limited;
- ownership of Gambling Attack's proprietary affiliate platform;
- ownership of the GAMBLING ATTACK brand/IP;
- exact Max Casino company/operator structure;
- exact Max Casino closure date.
These are leads, not conclusions.
Sherlock conclusion
Gambling Attack gives us something more useful than another closed affiliate-programme page.
It gives us a transition puzzle.
The programme was public and active by 2014, carrying Crystal Casino, ICE Casino and Max Casino.
By 10 June 2016, a dated industry page called it non-operational.
V.Partners' own archive places its launch on 19 May in a programme whose current history is explicitly 2016–2026.
And ICE Casino appears in both worlds.
But Crystal and Max do not.
So the evidence does not say:
Gambling Attack became V.Partners.
It says:
ICE Casino crossed from one affiliate-programme era into another while the old network disappeared.
Until a contract, announcement, database migration or corporate record closes the gap, Sherlock keeps the network transition unresolved.
Sherlock status: GAMBLING ATTACK CLOSED · THREE-BRAND PORTFOLIO VERIFIED · CONTRACTING ENTITY UNRESOLVED · ICE BRAND CONTINUITY VERIFIED · V.PARTNERS SUCCESSION UNPROVED · 22-DAY TRANSITION CLUE VERIFIED.
