Awintura Casino
The operator moved forward. The paperwork did not all move with it.
Sherlock verdict
The current exact-domain licence is clear; the surrounding legal, IP, affiliate and product documents are on different versions.
Awintura's current operator is not difficult to identify.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for awintura.com names Wiraon B.V., company 146886, and licence OGL/2024/686/0183. The licence was granted on 14 April 2025 and is currently Active.
Awintura's own current footer says the same thing. It also identifies Briantie Limited, Cyprus company HE 385770, as the company managing payments on Wiraon's behalf.
That is the current legal stack.
Then open Awintura's own downloadable Terms PDF.
It tells another one.
The Spanish Terms PDF still hosted on awintura.com says Awintura is operated by Briantie Limited and that the gambling services are licensed through parent company Wiraon B.V. under 8048/JAZ 2021-048.
So today a player can encounter both of these first-party descriptions:
Current CGA + live footer → Wiraon B.V. / OGL/2024/686/0183
Public Awintura Terms PDF → Briantie Limited / 8048-JAZ structure
The exact-domain regulator certificate resolves the current operator. Sherlock does not treat Briantie as a second current licensed operator.
The finding is about document control:
Awintura changed legal stacks without retiring all of the old legal story from public view.
And it is not only one forgotten PDF.
Awintura's current Ecuador and Peru pages still describe an Antillephone N.V. / 8048JAZ licence or sublicence. A current Mexico page still says Awintura has 8048/JAZ 2021-048. Yet those same current site surfaces use the new Wiraon/OGL legal footer.
The operator relationship is independently reproducible. Fresh exact-domain CGA certificates show Verde Casino, Slotoro and Maggico under the same Wiraon B.V. 146886 and the same OGL. That makes them verified same-operator related brands.
But the affiliate graph is not the same graph.
Awintura's own current Affiliate Program link goes directly to AFFinturo. That makes AFFinturo the verified current direct affiliate programme.
V.Partners is a different evidence layer. A current infrastructure database maps Awintura to v.partners and AFFinturo, but V.Partners' own current public brand portfolio does not name Awintura. Sherlock therefore records a supported platform/infrastructure association, not:
Awintura → current affiliate programme → V.Partners
and not:
Awintura → verified current V.Partners in-house brand.
Brand IP splits again. Secondary European trademark records place the registered AWINTURA mark with Briantie Limited. That is useful evidence of a brand-rights role. It does not override Wiraon's current exact-domain operating licence.
The bonus layer has the same version-control problem. Awintura's current dedicated English welcome page advertises up to $3,500 + 250 free spins + 200% Freebets with x25 wagering. But other still-live first-party pages continue to advertise older $6,000 + 300 FS configurations, and the Chile long-form page publishes a different three-deposit structure with x40 rollover while its footer already shows the current Wiraon/OGL structure.
Sherlock verdict: Awintura's present operator and licence are verifiable. The unusual risk is governance around the surrounding documents: an old operator/licence model remains public, live localisations still carry legacy licensing copy, brand IP sits on a different disclosed company, the direct affiliate front is AFFinturo rather than a simple V.Partners label, and the welcome product is not consistently versioned across the site.
Who operates Awintura Casino today?
The strongest current evidence agrees.
Awintura Casino
↓ OPERATED_BY
Wiraon B.V. — Curaçao — company 146886
↓ LICENSED_UNDER
Curaçao Gaming Authority — OGL/2024/686/0183
↓ PAYMENTS_MANAGED_BY
Briantie Limited — Cyprus — HE 385770
The CGA certificate is exact-domain evidence for awintura.com.
Licence granted: 14 April 2025
Current status: Active
Awintura's live footer describes Briantie as an authorised payment agent on behalf of its parent company Wiraon.
That parent-company language is first-party disclosure. Sherlock has not obtained a primary shareholder or UBO extract that independently proves the complete ownership chain.
Evidence status: CURRENT OPERATOR VERIFIED · EXACT-DOMAIN LICENCE ACTIVE
The old legal stack is still public
A public Awintura Terms PDF assigns the operator role to Briantie and cites 8048/JAZ, while current regulator evidence resolves Wiraon/OGL.
Wiraon B.V. / OGL/2024/686/0183
Wiraon owns/operates · Briantie manages payments · exact-domain licence Active
Briantie Limited / 8048-JAZ 2021-048
Briantie described as operator · Wiraon described as parent/licensor
Current CGA and live footer evidence resolve Wiraon B.V. as operator. The Awintura-hosted PDF documents a Briantie/operator + Wiraon/8048-JAZ legacy structure still exposed publicly.
This is the signature finding in the case.
The public Awintura Spanish Terms PDF says:
Awintura operator → Briantie Limited
Gambling licensor / parent → Wiraon B.V.
Licence → 8048/JAZ 2021-048
It also gives Briantie's address as office 103 in Limassol.
The current Awintura footer says:
Owner / operator → Wiraon B.V.
Payment agent → Briantie Limited
Licence → OGL/2024/686/0183
Briantie office → 102
These are different descriptions of the companies' roles.
The regulator settles the current licence question. The live exact-domain CGA certificate names Wiraon B.V. and the active OGL.
So Sherlock's label is:
LEGACY LEGAL STACK · CURRENT OPERATOR RESOLVED
Not:
TWO CURRENT OPERATORS
and not:
TWO CURRENT CURAÇAO LICENCES
The important fact is that a first-party legal document describing the superseded structure is still downloadable from the main domain.
The old licence story is also alive inside current localisations
Current page describes an Antillephone N.V. / 8048JAZ licence while the same page footer uses Wiraon/OGL.
Awintura current Ecuador localisationCurrent page describes an Antillephone N.V. / 8048JAZ sublicence while the footer uses Wiraon/OGL.
Awintura current Peru localisationCurrent privileges page still states licence 8048/JAZ 2021-048.
Awintura current Mexico privileges pageLocalisation text is a document observation, not current regulator proof of a second licence.
The PDF could have been dismissed as an abandoned file.
The localisation evidence makes that harder.
Ecuador
The current awintura.com/es-ec/ page says the Wiraon certification has a second licence belonging to Antillephone N.V., under 8048JAZ.
The footer on that same current page says:
Wiraon B.V. → OGL/2024/686/0183
Briantie Limited → payment agent
Peru
The current Peru page says Awintura has an Antillephone N.V. sublicence under 8048JAZ.
Its footer again uses the new Wiraon/OGL structure.
Mexico
A current Awintura Mexico privileges page still says:
8048/JAZ 2021-048
as the casino's Curaçao licence.
This does not create three new licence edges.
It creates one evidence class:
LIVE LOCALISATION / LEGAL-COPY DRIFT
A licence sentence inside current marketing copy is not stronger evidence than the regulator's exact-domain certificate.
Brand IP: Briantie still appears in another current role
Trademark ownership is a brand-IP edge. It does not make Briantie the current exact-domain gambling operator or prove beneficial ownership.
The current gambling operator and the brand-rights holder do not have to be the same company.
Secondary European trademark records identify:
AWINTURA
Application 018880526
Registered 26 October 2023
Owner: Briantie Limited — Cyprus
Sherlock did not capture the primary EUIPO record directly in this pass, so this remains a supported brand-IP edge, not primary-official evidence.
The valid relationship is:
AWINTURA brand
↓ TRADEMARK_REGISTERED_TO
Briantie Limited
It is not:
Awintura Casino → currently operated by Briantie
The current exact-domain licence says Wiraon.
It is also not proof of the ultimate beneficial owner.
BRAND IP ≠ CASINO OPERATOR ≠ UBO
Awintura independently confirms the Wiraon cluster
We re-ran the operator checks from scratch rather than borrowing the conclusion from previous Sherlock cases.

A current secondary licence-monitor record also places CasiShock under Wiraon and the same OGL. We have not captured its direct exact-domain CGA certificate in this pass, so CasiShock remains a supported lead, not the same evidence grade as the four brands above.
This is a legal/operator cluster.
It does not prove a common affiliate programme, a rebrand relationship or shared brand IP.
AFFinturo is verified — V.Partners is a different evidence layer
Do not render V.Partners as Awintura's current direct affiliate programme or as a verified current in-house-brand relationship.
This part can now be stated more strongly than in the earlier draft.
Awintura's own current site includes an Affiliate Program link.
That first-party link goes directly to:
AFFinturo
Following it resolves to the current AFFinturo site.
So Sherlock's current direct edge is:
Awintura
↓ AFFILIATE_PROGRAM
AFFinturo
Status: VERIFIED FIRST-PARTY
That is the acquisition front Awintura itself points partners toward today.
No private CPA, RevShare override, account-level deal or manager term belongs on this page.
So what is the V.Partners connection?
There is evidence of one, but it is not the same relationship.
The current Voonix brand database has an Awintura row mapping:
Awintura → v.partners → AFFinturo
That is useful platform/infrastructure evidence.
Now compare it with V.Partners itself.
Its current public Our Brands portfolio reviewed by Sherlock includes brands such as Slotoro, FieryPlay, Hit'n'Spin and Verde.
Awintura is not named on that current public portfolio page.
And Awintura's own current affiliate link does not send partners to V.Partners. It sends them to AFFinturo.
So Sherlock stores two edges:
CURRENT DIRECT AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
Awintura → AFFinturo
VERIFIED FIRST-PARTY
PLATFORM / INFRASTRUCTURE ASSOCIATION
Awintura / AFFinturo → V.Partners
SUPPORTED BY CURRENT THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE MAPPING
We do not currently have enough primary evidence to write:
Awintura is a current V.Partners in-house brand.
And we definitely should not replace the verified current AFFinturo edge with:
Awintura → AFFILIATE PROGRAMME → V.Partners.
CURRENT AFFILIATE FRONT ≠ UNDERLYING INFRASTRUCTURE ≠ SAME-OPERATOR BRAND.
The main offer changed. Parts of the site did not.
Do not invent deposit-to-max or total-turnover maths for the $3,500 headline because the visible current page does not expose sufficient per-stage cash caps. Do not claim one offer is universal across all GEOs.
Awintura's current dedicated English welcome page advertises:
Up to $3,500 + 250 FS + 200% Freebets
The page has three deposits and three tiers for each deposit.
At the highest visible tier:
The page also says:
First-bonus deadline: 24 hours from registration
Wagering on deposit-bonus and FS winnings: x25
Minimum deposit for each stage: $6
Maximum promotion stated: $3,500 + 250 FS + $2,000 Freebets
What Sherlock cannot honestly calculate
The visible table does not show enough cash caps for each stage to reconstruct exactly how the $3,500 maximum is reached.
So we will not manufacture a neat:
Deposit $X → receive $3,500 → wager $Y
calculation that the page itself does not support.
What we can show
Other still-live Awintura pages are on another offer version.
Current Chile surfaces still advertise:
up to $6,000 + 300 FS
and the Chile long-form page publishes a different three-deposit bonus structure with:
x40 rollover
while the footer on the same page already says:
Wiraon B.V. / OGL/2024/686/0183
The Peru long-form page also carries an older welcome configuration and x40 wagering.
Older first-party product/news pages remain crawlable with the $6,000 + 300 FS package as well.
That does not prove that every GEO should have identical bonuses.
It does prove that Awintura's first-party product documentation is heavily versioned across live surfaces.
Evidence status: CURRENT OFFER / VERSION DRIFT
Detailed KYC and withdrawal rules are public — but the source is the old legal stack
The source identifies Briantie as operator and cites 8048/JAZ. Do not relabel these clauses as current Wiraon/OGL terms without current-source confirmation.
Withdrawals may be restricted or disabled during verification.
The same public Terms PDF that calls Briantie the operator has detailed verification rules.
It says verification can be requested at any time, especially once the total funds transferred through the account reach $1,000 or more.
The document permits requests for:
- identity documents;
- payment-method verification;
- residential-address verification;
- phone verification;
- selfies or photographs holding requested documents/payment information;
- a video call;
- additional verification through the company or its partners.
It also says withdrawals can be restricted or disabled during verification.
Those clauses are material.
But the source document itself is the Briantie / 8048-JAZ PDF.
So the correct Sherlock label is:
CAPTURED LEGACY KYC TERMS · CURRENTNESS NOT CONFIRMED
Not:
CURRENT WIRAON KYC CONTRACT
until the equivalent current Wiraon/OGL legal body is independently captured.
The PDF reflects the older Briantie/8048-JAZ structure; do not present these clauses as current Wiraon/OGL terms without separate verification.
A requested withdrawal 20x total deposits may be limited to €/$5,000 per month.
The captured document reserves additional fees for deposited funds not used on the site.
The same legacy PDF publishes withdrawal windows up to 30 days
The captured PDF gives this schedule:
| Withdrawal | Captured PDF window |
|---|---|
| Up to €/$300 | Next day, excluding weekends/holidays |
| €/$300–2,000 | Within 5 days |
| €/$2,000–20,000 | Within 14 days |
| €/$20,000+ | Within 30 days |
It also says a requested withdrawal that is 20× total deposits can be limited to €/$5,000 per month.
And it reserves additional fees for deposited funds that were not used on the site.
Again, these are first-party clauses, but they sit inside the superseded legal document.
Sherlock will show them because they matter.
Sherlock will also show the freshness warning because that matters just as much.

Many complaint titles concern delayed withdrawals or verification/re-verification.
A 2026 Chile case involved two withdrawals of CLP 900,000. Casino Guru records a difficult verification/payment process, the first payment being reported after 27 days, and the complaint ultimately being marked resolved.
Another January 2026 delayed-withdrawal complaint involving CLP 611,902 was also marked resolved.
Those complaint narratives begin as player allegations. Sherlock does not promote every allegation into a verified operator fact.
The defensible conclusion is:
Withdrawal and KYC friction recurs in the public complaint record, while outcomes are mixed and multiple cases end in resolution.
That is very different from claiming:
Awintura does not pay.
The evidence does not support that blanket statement.
The licence transition is visible; a direct enforcement case was not found

Awintura's verified regulatory story in this pass is a transition:
Legacy public documents → 8048/JAZ / Antillephone-era language
14 April 2025 → OGL/2024/686/0183 granted to Wiraon for awintura.com
25 August 2026 → CGA certificate Active
We also searched for a direct public regulator enforcement/prohibition naming Awintura, Wiraon B.V. or Briantie Limited.
We did not locate one in the regulator-focused sources reviewed in this pass.
That should be read precisely:
DIRECT ENFORCEMENT ACTION: NOT FOUND IN THIS RESEARCH PASS
not:
NO REGULATORY ACTION HAS EVER EXISTED
A negative search is not proof of absence.
And localisation in a country is not evidence of a local gambling licence there.
Three things Sherlock would flag
1. The legal migration is incomplete on the public site
Current regulator/footer:
Wiraon + OGL/2024/686/0183
Public Awintura PDF:
Briantie operator + Wiraon/8048-JAZ licensor
Current GEO copy:

2. AFFinturo and V.Partners are not interchangeable

3. The welcome product has multiple live versions

The file is not closed
A good investigation should show its unresolved edges.

Sherlock conclusion
Awintura passes the current licence test cleanly.
Wiraon B.V. is the current exact-domain operator.
OGL/2024/686/0183 is active.
Briantie Limited is the current disclosed payment agent.
But the rest of the public evidence sits on several different clocks.
The current regulator is on Wiraon/OGL. A downloadable Awintura Terms document is still on Briantie/8048-JAZ. Current Ecuador, Peru and Mexico copy still carries pieces of the old licensing story. Brand-IP records place the AWINTURA mark with Briantie. The current affiliate button goes to AFFinturo, while V.Partners appears only in the supporting infrastructure layer. And the current welcome offer coexists with older offer configurations still visible across the domain.
That makes the case more useful than a conventional sister-casino list.
Current operator → Wiraon B.V.
Current licence → OGL/2024/686/0183
Current payment role → Briantie Limited
Brand IP → Briantie Limited — supported secondary record
Same verified operator → Verde / Slotoro / Maggico
Current direct affiliate programme → AFFinturo — verified first-party
V.Partners → supported platform/infrastructure association only
Legacy legal stack → Briantie operator / Wiraon 8048-JAZ licensor
The Sherlock hook is therefore simple:
The operator moved forward. The paperwork did not all move with it.
