What Sherlock found
1. A Dutch affiliate offer does not answer the Dutch player's licence question
A public downstream Duckysino offer lists:
Netherlands
and Dutch CPA traffic options.
Duckysino's own Terms, however, say the site is intended for residents of:
Finland · Iceland · Luxembourg · Monaco · San Marino
The Netherlands is not in that list.
It is also not in the main Restricted Countries list.
The Terms then add a critical boundary:
deposit acceptance does not mean Duckysino warrants that the player's use is legal in their jurisdiction.
The Dutch regulator says online gambling must be offered under a Koa licence and points players to Kansspelwijzer for the authoritative licence check.
Sherlock did not independently establish a current Duckysino/KORNELITY Koa licence in this pass.
Sherlock take: if you are in the Netherlands, verify the exact website/operator in Kansspelwijzer before registration, KYC or deposit. If you are an affiliate, do not treat a downstream Dutch offer as current operator authorization or local legal clearance.
2. Duckysino's withdrawal documents say both 1x and 3x
Terms → 3x
Accounts/Payouts → 3x
Privacy Policy → 1x
This is not a bonus-wagering question.
It is the real-money deposit turnover before withdrawal.
Sherlock take: plan around 3x unless Duckysino gives you a different current account-specific rule in writing.
3. KYC is described as 24h, about 48h — and repeatable
Duckysino's homepage says:
about 48 hours
and says using one payment method means the player will not have to undergo the process twice.
The dedicated KYC Policy says:
24 hours
for an initial document-review outcome after upload.
The Terms say Verification Checks may happen:
repeatedly and continuously
and can include SoF/SoW and financial records.
The player's response deadline for requested evidence can be:
15 days.
Sherlock take: read 24h/48h as an initial/typical KYC layer, not a guarantee that future withdrawals cannot trigger another review.
4. “Instant payouts” is not the contractual processing ceiling
About Us:
instant deposits and payouts
Homepage guide:
cards ≤3 business days · e-wallets ≤24h · crypto typically instant
Terms:
up to 3 business days
Accounts/Payouts:
up to 72 hours
These statements describe different layers of the payout process.
Sherlock take: use the Cashier and the current contract when judging a pending withdrawal. “Typically instant” is not a guaranteed clock.
5. The canonical operator chain is clearer than the Duckysino-looking search landscape
Canonical Duckysino Terms identify:
KORNELITY S.R.L. → operator
Tobique #38 → stated licence
TechCelion Dynamics Ltd → payment agent
The current Tobique holder list independently confirms KORNELITY as a B2C holder.
But Duckysino-branded or near-spelling domains in search publish additional or different legal claims, including an extra Curaçao licence not stated in the canonical Terms reviewed here.
Some of those sites explicitly describe themselves as independent affiliate/editorial projects.
Sherlock take: Duckysino branding is not identity proof. Use duckysino.com and its current first-party/regulator evidence before entering credentials or documents.
